We are not a registered charity or company. We are simply an online service for parents and carers of children with cancer.
The website is intended to provide general information only and, as such, should not be considered as a substitute for advice covering any specific situation.  Mychildhascancer.co.uk does not accept any liability to any person(s) relating to any action(s) taken as a result of any information contained in this website. Users should seek appropriate advice before taking or refraining from such action(s) .

Whilst Mychildhascancer.co.uk has taken every precaution in compiling this site, neither it nor any contributors to the site can be held responsible for any action (or the lack thereof) taken by any person or organisation wherever they shall be based, as a result, direct or otherwise, of information contained in or accessed through this internet site.

2. These conditions shall govern the use of this website by you to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

5. Restricted access

5.1 We reserve the right to restrict access to any area(s) of our website at our discretion.

6. User generated content

7. Third Party Surveys or Questionnaires
From time to time we may be asked to conduct a survey or questionnaire on behalf of a third party, for example an NHS PCT, hospital, charity etc.
7.1 All such information gathered on mychildhascancer.co.uk and subsequently included in reports to third parties will remain anonymous.
